Certified Exercise Scientist, Fitness Coach and Researcher

Dedicated to helping 100s of people worldwide, I decided to start Andrew Cusack Fitness to bring up to date training and nutrition advice to you in a simple and accessible way.

I have many years of experience in sports and physical culture & now coach clients to help them get in the best shape of their life, catering to people of all levels.  Muscle growth, fat loss, increased strength, improved health and athletic performance are just some of the benefits you can expect from our programs.

Andrew’s qualifications and training:

  • Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, Majoring in Exercise Physiology- Deakin University 2017
  • Bachelor of Business and Sports Management- Deakin University 2014
  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness
  • Exercise Scientist accreditation with Exercise and Sport Science Australia
  • Former Researcher at Deakin University’s Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN)
